Preventive medicine deserves better data infrastructure
Longevity AI is a Tel Aviv clinical AI team working with preventive-care physicians who want to see the full biological picture their patients carry.
The Problem Was Visible. The Infrastructure Was Missing.
Most preventive-care physicians see the data problem every day. A patient walks in with a metabolic panel from their GP, a lipid panel from their cardiologist, and six months of wearable data on their phone. None of those systems talk to each other. The physician synthesizes them by hand, under time pressure, if at all.
The clinical question that defines longevity medicine, "Is this patient aging faster or slower than expected?", requires all three data streams read together over time. Answering it from fragments is slow, incomplete, and limited by what the patient happens to remember to mention.
We are a clinical decision support company. We do not diagnose, treat, or replace physician judgment. We build the fusion layer that makes a unified biological picture visible, so preventive medicine becomes what it was meant to be: catching risk before it becomes disease.
How We Work
The platform assists, never replaces. Every product decision starts with: does this help a physician make a better-informed clinical judgment? If the answer is not clearly yes, we don't ship it.
Every risk flag the platform surfaces carries the supporting data. A physician who cannot see why a pattern was flagged cannot act on it responsibly. We do not surface conclusions without the reasoning behind them.
Strict access controls, no secondary use of patient data for model training without explicit written consent from the practice and the patient. Health data exists to support care, not to train products.
The People Behind Longevity AI
Background in health-data systems and clinical AI infrastructure. Years of work on the data integration problems specific to healthcare environments shaped his view of what was missing at the preventive medicine layer.
Built health-data pipeline systems connecting EMR vendors to downstream clinical analytics for preventive-care workflows. Leads the multimodal fusion architecture and the engineering infrastructure that aligns three data streams on one patient timeline.
Practiced longevity and preventive medicine for over a decade before moving to clinical informatics. Brings the practitioner perspective that shaped the product's clinical logic, including the biological risk domain model and how flags are framed for physician review.
Work With Us
Whether you run a preventive medicine practice, operate a longevity clinic, or work in the biological aging research space, we are open to conversations about early-access pilots and clinical partnerships.
